Look what came in the mail today. A holiday greeting card from the White House and the Obama family. I got one last year too. Who knows how many people the card goes out to, but it’s still pretty dope being on the list.

Part of Bhangra Empire performs at the Melange Fashion Show, held at the Galleria (Expo Center) in San Francisco. The event was held in the Fall of 2011 and was a great experience for us and an opportunity to perform in front of a predominantly non-south asian audience within the Bay Area.
I came across this earlier today. It’s over 8 feet tall! We don’t get snow here in California, but if we did, I’m sure somebody on the team would have a bhangra snowman in their front yard. Anyways, seemed like a good way to kick of December and get into the holiday spirit.
We had some time to spare at Portland Airport and decided to put it to good use. The kids of today will never truly understand how great legos were. Too bad there weren’t enough green ones to make the EMPIRE all green. Close enough though.
